Our Team

Meleah is a board certified nurse practitioner with over 18 years experience, including 10 years of cosmetic dermatology and injections.
She started her nursing career as a registered nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Burn ICU before becoming a nurse practitioner and transitioning into dermatology where she worked for over 9 years.

Meleah opened PureSKIN to focus on her passion of aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology and to provide a calm, welcoming, no rush atmosphere. Patient safety and a natural looking outcome are her top priorities.

Outside of PureSKIN, Meleah is a wife and mother to two amazing girls and two dogs. She is an avid marathon runner and sourdough enthusiast.
Meleah's favorite part of her job is having the opportunity to see so many different aspects of beauty and seeing others look and feel their best.

Danielle Reynolds, RN, BSN values the importance of self care and self confidence in order to be the best version of yourself. She strives to create trusting relationships with her clients by providing quality treatments, listening to their concerns, and allowing a space for them to feel comfortable and cared for. Her genuine passion for skin health and wellness is what makes her an exceptional provider.

Danielle achieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati in early 2021. After graduating, she discovered her love for dermatology and began her journey as an aesthetic and general dermatology clinic registered nurse.

She recently moved to Nashville from Ohio and is excited to share her knowledge and skills with PureSkin and Wellness. Her schedule is open to provide treatments including Microneedling, Glo2 Facials, Hydrafacials, Dermaplaning, Wellness Injections and more.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, exploring new restaurants, having self care nights, boxing, hiking, reading, and traveling!

Lauren is available for Injectables, BBL, Moxi, Microneedling and Wellness Injections.

Lauren Widmer is a skilled registered nurse experienced in injectables and aesthetic medicine. She began her nursing journey in adult transplant, dedicated a year to the frontlines during the Covid pandemic, and later transitioned to bedside care in the NICU at Vanderbilt.
Lauren now specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser treatments, expertly addressing wrinkles, restoring volume, and revitalizing overall appearance. Her passion lies in creating subtle, natural-looking enhancements that celebrate your unique features and leave your skin glowing with confidence
