Meleah Johnston, board certified Nurse Practitioner has spent her nursing career focused on dermatology, burn, plastic surgery and aesthetics. Meleah began her nursing journey as a registered nurse in the Burn ICU at Vanderbilt University Medical Center before advancing to a Nurse Practitioner role in dermatology. Working and learning at a prestigious dermatology office for 10 years led her to a passion for aesthetics and wellness. Meleah has an in depth knowledge of skin care from her many years of experience. This has given her a unique insight to how we age and how to develop the best anti-aging and skincare plans for different clients of all ages. Meleah is an advanced aesthetic injector, always continuing education to further her knowledge and stay up to date in cosmetic dermatology. Taking care of yourself and your skin is not just about looking good, but also about feeling good. PureSKIN believes that a successful aesthetic plan will enhance your features without changing who you are.

How we got started
PURESKIN was born out of a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
Meleah's goal in opening pureSKIN was to create a comfortable and relaxed space where consultation is key. She believes in a no rush approach and that quality time should be spent with each client who trusts PureSKIN to assist with their anti-aging and skin care needs.
