How do Memberships work?

It's really simple:

Pick the membership that fits your lifestyle and skin goals; then sign up!
Your card is charged once a month automatically & you can cancel at any time.
Schedule out your membership treatments and shop your discounted skincare.
Schedule additional treatments to your skincare plan at your discounted membership rate.

Can I double my treatments / benefits for one month if I miss one?

Your monthly treatments / benefits do not roll over, but your skin savings deposits will.

What if I want to cancel?

Call to cancel at anytime, just give us 30 days notice. If you have money left in your skin savings account you can still use it for up to 1 year after the cancellation date.

Can I get a refund?

While we won't be able to refund any of the money that is unused in your account after you cancel, you are able to use that money towards skincare or treatments for up to one year after the cancellation date.
