A Tennessee native, Meleah has 21 years of nursing experience focused in Burns, Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. Her advanced nursing expertise includes over a decade specialized in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Her background includes Vanderbilt's Burn ICU and plastic surgery units, where she developed a deep appreciation for the connection between healthy skin, healing, and confidence.
Known for her conservative, natural-looking approach, Meleah specializes in injectables, laser treatments, acne management, and personalized treatment plans designed to enhance—not change—your natural features. She believes exceptional aesthetic care begins with education, honesty, and building lasting relationships with her patients.
A Tennessee native, wife, and mother, Jess McNeil is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over six years of experience in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Lucia earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky before completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University. Her background in health promotion and nursing reflects her passion for wellness, skin health, and helping others feel confident in their own skin.
